A general home staging consultation can take up to 2 hours. Within that time frame we will do a thorough walk through of your entire home, inside and outside. I will provide you with detailed information on how to stage, style and layout each room and space in order to prepare it for photography and the upcoming sale of your property. Also, if needed, I can provide you with a colour consult, new updated (budget friendly) lighting fixtures options and any other important details that will elevate the overall look and value of your property.

Vacant Home Staging

Once we determine what rooms to stage and the amount of items that will need to be implemented to complete the staging of the property, a comprehensive Home Staging/Rental Agreement will be provided for you.

We will arrange a delivery date and time.

Deliver, install, stage and style the determined room(s), all in one day.

Once the items are no longer needed we will arrange a pick-up date and time and remove all rented items from the property.

We take care of everything!

Occupied Home Staging

We try to work with your existing home furniture and accessories as much as possible when preparing your property for sale. But sometimes a home will have furniture that is too big for the space, too small or just in poor condition. Those can all be very detrimental to the overall aesthetic of your homes viewed and its marketability. In those cases we can provide you with furniture or accessories to complete the overall vision and design of the room. The items that are implemented are rented on a monthly basis.
